I just want to chime in and say that it's not safe to go out at night as any gender. So this one isn't complete insanity. But hey, the inherent danger is what makes life worth living.

What peaked me about this was how even their allies don't see them as whatever gender they identify as. Seriously, "TRAs on the streets, TERFS in the sheets." is more than a slogan. If their allies truly saw them as women then there wouldn't be this many trannies seething about this. Also, if dysphoria and suicidal thoughts are coming back because of this, maybe playing into someone's delusions that they become a woman if they pumped themselves full of hormonal drugs isn't the solution to said problem? This is why handmaidens are worse than TIPs themselves. They can't shout "Trans women are women!" and then turn around and go "Actually, I don't want to have sex with you because I'm only attracted to "cis" women."

The results from this one can be pretty hilarious. Unlike breast implants, butt implants are placed in a significantly more mobile part of the body. They apparently have a tendency to slide around in the “pocket” created. There’s a bizarre old gif of a girl flipping her buttock implant around 180 degrees, giving her one totally flat buttock, but unfortunately I couldn’t find it to share with you.

It does look terribly unnatural. Tranny really should just do some squats instead, that’s what women who want bigger butts do.

I don't know any success stories for the poor bloke off the top of my head, but I do remember an episode of Botched where a lady had had this done and the implant had flipped around so the flat edge was sticking out and it looked weird as hell.

Disagree. Idc if gay people exist but it doesn't mean I want to fuck a woman, and I don't think holding both those views makes me in any way a hypocrite.

Two operations many plastic surgeons do not do and strongly advise their patients not to get done - what could go wrong getting both eh?
Reason it goes wrong: ass is more mobile, true, but also, the butt has a tendency to be sat on, used in walking, etc, and all of that is going to make the implant move around. Breast implants and chin implants work better because you don't walk using your chin or spend 8+ hours a day pressing your entire body weight through your breasts.
