I once knew a gay black dude named "Achilles" whose dad named all his kids after legendary Greek characters starting with "A." Weird dude. But I bet someone calling themselves "Achilles" in current year would be a five foot tall pooner.
 
There used to be about one total tranny working in the industry I was in, and she was a fat pooner who named herself after a Twilight character-- Caius. I knew the second I saw her name, there wasn't any possibility of an actual mid-20s man named that.

I know so many TIF's who took the name Noah. It's the popular name in the "I'm a 30-35 year old, white, obese, autistic chick having a midlife crisis because I hate the fact I am aging/hate myself." sphere of pooners. It's usually a last ditch effort to slap a bandage over their glaring lack of personality, and the inability/lack of willpower to improve the things they hate about themselves, like being lardasses. The rest of them do it to fit into their progressive social groups, or because they've been told their entire lives that they're not "real" girls for being weird autistic chicks who don't perform femininity "properly" as society decrees.

Most recent example: My friend who decided she was nonbinary, named herself Noah, after her FF14 character, who is a "Pretty Boy" Viera. She decided this after joining, and hanging out in, a troon infested FF14 guild. Her legal name ain't even that bad, but she hates it cause she was "bullied" for it.

Other notable names I've seen ad nauseum for Tifs and Enbies:

  2. Mica/Micah/Micha/Mickah

This is a generational thing in my experience. Women who were born at the tail end of the sixties, who had traditional, feminine names, and grew up in the 80s, took to giving themselves and other girls masculine nicknames.

Michelle becomes Mitch, Mary-Jane/Jean/Jo becomes Jay, Samantha becomes Sam, Victoria becomes Vic, Antonia becomes Tony, shit like that. My mother and all her sisters are a prime example of this phenomenon.

Until some softboi character comes along in a fandom popular among their demographic with a more grown-up name, then they're all naming themselves after him. I know little about Homestuck (thought it was lame when it first became popular, still do) but I do know one of the boys in it is named Dave and there was a bit of a surge in pooners called Dave for a while because they considered him to be a pooner too, or something like that.

Lilith must be number one. But if they just used -Succubus- I wouldn't be surprised.

But as for the latter, those are all nigger names, and troons are mostly rich middle class whites. Even troons know not to use wewuz names, and most of their vict... associates don't know weeb names so they can't go there because it does not signal their female nature.

Weeb names for boys:
Eri, Amara, Kena, Asaya, Yuji, Ryoma, Junpei.

Weeb names for girls:
Neiko, Kimiko, Keiko, Tsunade, Shoko, Kiyoko.

All normies would be confused and the troon wouldn't get the validation and euphoria.
 
I am often almost impressed by the absolute laziness of troon and poon names. Many troon will give themselves a "feminine" version of their name but will bitch if their nickname sounds vaguely masculine despite it being part of their dead name and an acceptable nickname for their current one. One guy who trooned out who had a crush on me and took me out on a few dates (serves me right for going on dates with a guy teaching me to wave dash in Super Smash) went from Kyle to Kylie, he also is now a furry who draws weird psychadelic furry art. Like bro, that is literally one name off your old name, isn't the point a whole new identity? Logic fails them, they probably cite being too "fem-brained" now, which is a fucking stupid way of saying "Tee hee! I am such a silly girl, I can't be expected to think!" Fucking kill me, better yet, them. ACKing can't come soon enough.

I am also curious as to why so few troons choose the name "Stacy" given its connotations in the incel community, and that incel to troon pipeline be real. I mean, as a dude LARPing as a woman, wouldn't you want to be seen as some sex goddess who gets all the boys' attention and makes Beckies seethe? Perhaps deep down they know they will never pass as a Stacy, or even a woman, who knows.

Lilith is the ultimate TiM name: heckin' real woman from the Bible who rebelled against God and in some versions disobeyed by wanting to ride Adam instead of missionary position? Ummm, queen shit! There's also some supposed "lesbian" undertones though I have never found them in the original text. Come to think of it, given so many troons' obsession with motherhood, I'm shocked not many name themselves something like "Eve" given the connotations. Adam for pooners for that matter as well. So manly, dood!

Pooners don't interest me nearly as much as troons. I think partially due to troons' are often in the limelight, most degenerate, funniest and hysteronic behavior, and pooners are often brainwashed tomboys, and given I am very tomboyish, it gives me pause to think about what could have happened to me if I had been born ten or so years later. Would I be groomed to poon? You know you've seen it. Irks me to no end that even though I don't believe in the trans movement and they're all mentally ill or brainwashed, TiMs will continually misgender and rag on TiFs while claiming they have it worse now that they're "womyn" and say Pooners have male privilege. The fuck? You got giga hons towering over these girls and ranting about how oppressed he is while pooners can't even get a word in and being fearful this giant is gonna bash their skull in due to rage.

I am sure there will be different trends in troon and poon names in the next couple of years, I can see shit like "FuckUPmurt" or something equally retarded happening given their minimal braincells being zapped by HRT and propaganda. Anywho, that's my two cents, thanks for reading.
 
Got a few names from a pooner I knew a few years back that she cycled through before landing on her longest lasting one to date. For context we were sort of friends since elementary and she started pooning out in middle school and that shes a “puerto rican” (White as hell and was raised around no other puerto ricans. Important to note she chose all “white” names while spouting about how white people are the devil and evil incarnate. The lady doth protest too much.)

First was Cecil from the podcast WTNV. Could not explain this one. A lot of pooners at the time that were obsessed with it called themselves that. Then Jack. And now Felix from I think the alcoholic white guy who killed his friends kids in the wannabe five nights at freddys analog horror series. And her chosen middle name is one of the characters from a faggy book where the two main characters die at the end.

To be fair, female streamers; online, where troons live and thrive, often do that themselves. Princess, vixen, succubus, even ironically. Yet women in general rarely call themselves 'girl', most rather chasing womanhood and wanting to be called a woman as soon as possible. Then again with women I've sooner seen terribly enbie/tumblr type names. Le little teapot gnome UwU etc.

Idk, I grew up in the 00s and every Kayla I went to school with was white. And there were loads of them.
 
Not stereotypical in the slightest but my favourite troon name is still the Thought Slime’s (Breadtuber), Mildred. Imagine being able to name yourself anything and you go for fucking Mildred.
 
About five years ago, I met an FtM in college who called herself Blaze. I looked her up on social media and I can't believe this is the name she's still going by now. Even if she passed when I first met her (which she definitely didn't), I'd still have clocked her as a pooner in an instant based purely on the name.

I've met too many troons to count them all up, and here are my findings on what they tend to name themselves:
  • Most prevalent among MtFs are specialgirl OC names e.g. Melody, Harper, Christina, Brittany, Jade, Gem, Suzie
  • The fakeboi version of the above is textbook Tumblr sexyman shit like Dorian, Giovanni, Kayden, Ash, Jay, Quinn, Damien
  • And if it's not one of those, it's a generic dood name like Sam, Tyler, Alex, Matt, Kyle, Gregory, Tristan, etc.
  • I've met a few with a blatant petplay fetish made public by demanding everyone must call them Kitty or Kat *sigh*
 
I'm a dood. I'd say "Max" is the most stereotypically tranny name since it's more neutral. Thankfully it's not my actual name.
 
I find it interesting for people that want to blend in as their chosen tranny gender, they sure tend to choose speshul (or now tranny stereotypical) names that immediately out them and gives them the spotlight. Funny how that works, isn't it?

idk i think maybe we just dont see the ones who r smart enough to pick real names and rich enough for a fuck ton of plastic surgery.
