A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Everything you need to know about the Transgender Visibility March, the first-ever national march for trans rights, hitting Washington, D.C., March 31 and April 1.

The National Transgender Visibility March — never heard of it? Great. You’ve come to the right place.

Longtime LGBTQ+ activists have organized a mass demonstration scheduled for spring that The Washington Blade says will be “the first-ever national march for trans rights.” From the where and the when to the what and the why, here’s everything you need to know about it.

WHAT IS IT
The National Transgender Visibility March is a demonstration on Washington for trans rights organized by a team of activists that includes Marissa Miller, Luckie Alexsander, and Aryah Lester. “Members of the transgender and gender non-conforming communities will take a major stand against hate and discrimination when they rally in the nation’s capital for the first-ever National Trans Visibility March on Washington,” reads a statement from the organizers, per The Advocate.

WHERE IS IT
…uh, Washington. I just sai—

WHICH ONE
D.C.

DO I HAVE TO BE TRANS
No! Pretty sure anyone’s allowed to march. If you’d like to officially register that you’re going, you can do so here.

GREAT. WHEN IS IT
It’s currently scheduled for Sunday, March 31 — which happens to be Trans Day of Visibility, a day that, per TDOV's official website, was created by a Michigan activist named Rachel Crandall in 2009 to “celebrate the trans community in a positive light" — and Monday, April 1.

WHY IS IT
Because of things like the trans military ban, the Trump administration’s efforts to change federal policy and legal understands of sex and gender to make trans people’s lives harder, violence, discrimination, general asshole behavior from people in power — are you new??
What do they mean by "first-ever national march for trans rights"? The Women's March (also known as the "Intersectional trans queer BLM islamist anti-semite fuck Drumpf" March) already exists

Essex City Council slammed for 'insulting' image showing 'trans person' taking off a wig.

A council have come under fire from local residents after people spotted a bizarre image on a questionnaire about libraries.

Essex County Council issued the survey, which asked people about their gender, reports Essex Live.

Those filling in the document were asked to select an option they identify with, be it male, female or transgender.

Alongside the first two options were images of a man and a woman giving the thumbs up sign.

However next to the word transgender there was a cartoon of a person removing a wig from their head

Many people who saw the image have said they found it offensive, while others have accused Essex Council of being "transphobic".

Former Liberal Democrat representative, Zoe O'Connell, told Essex Live: "This is another example of how unaware some authorities are.

"The whole thing is insulting.

"The text in the question is just wrong. Transgender is not a gender on it's own - many trans people identify as either male or female.

"The imagery is even worse which shows someone removing a wig, it's conveying how transgender is not authentic, which is just wrong."

Zoe added: "People will feel like Essex County Council don't understand them. The council need to rectify the question."

Children's book author Liz Miles, 58, was also shocked by the image.

"People are very upset and shocked that this appalling image is part of the survey," she said. "I think it's so offensive.

"I was absolutely amazed, it looked like someone was either scratching their head or they were pulling a wig off.

"The other images looked very happy and had their thumbs up. Are they saying transgender people are sad or confused?

"I think it's transphobic and really shows a lack of understanding."

Essex County Council have since apologised for the image causing offence.

A spokesperson said: "We are aware of a Twitter post that raises concerns about an image on our easy read version of the Libraries Consultation document.

"Firstly we would like to reassure those concerned that the image was specifically chosen to help communicated with people with learning disabilities.

"It was supplied by an organisation called Inspired Services, who work with people with learning disabilities to produce Valuing People Clipart, which is used by the Government and NHS England for easy read publications.

"However we are sorry for any offence the image has caused and will now consider whether this image is used in the future."

Posie Parker and Julia Long interrupted a meeting between US congressmen and parents of trans children to ask them why they were getting rid of female only spaces, and to call the troon in charge a man. No one responded to them. Huffington post is calling posie a terf when she isnt even a radical feminist. The only places covering the incident are places like huffpo and pink news.

I understand disagreeing with transgender people and transgender ideologies, trust me I do, but there's almost never a reason to be so uncouth as the women in that video. They had no right to be so downright rude to Ms. McBridge, and if they're hoping to sway people over to their side, they just did themselves a disservice.

There are so many events for trans these days, it is hard to count. Including the usual LGBT Pride (which heavily centre trans) events I counted around seventeen, too many to list here.

There's a fairer article in the Spectator: https://spectator.us/terfs-take-america/ and archived here: http://archive.li/zaSw6 .

Considering what goes on at lesbian marches taken over by transbians and all their other horrifying protests, this is simple and typical direct action holding up the American principle of free speech, a method favoured by all activists with any sense. It's quite alarming to see how quickly tras paint a horrifying picture of normal women when what they do is actual violence.
