I don't understand how these people argue that certain speech isn't "free speech."

Literally the entire point of free speech is to be able to say offensive, vulgar, and rude things without repercussions. Nobody wants to protect unoffensive speech, because it's unoffensive and thus nobody gives a shit. Free speech exists so you can say whatever the fuck you want and not have to worry about the law arresting you for saying the wrong words.

I also love how he says Milo committed "sexual assault" by saying he'd "almost bang" him. Go and sue him for assault, kid, see how far you can get in your case before the lawyer laughs at you and throws you out of their office. These people just adore twisting words and changing them to mean whatever they want. And they wonder why most of the world can't stand them.
