Yes, that's right. A hysterectomy is a very broad umbrella term so there are forms which do not cause a hormonal imbalance.Isn't the hysterectomy hormone problem only an issue if it's just a hysterectomy and not also an oophorectomy? Besides, trans men usually get it once they've been on T for a while because otherwise they're at a super high cancer risk, so I don't think they would have the same hormonal problems as a regular woman getting one.
