Yes, Dead End is an arm and Breakdown is a leg so that works fine.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just saw @Hope Eradicated 's post and I was wrong. I even had to go grab my Menasor to be sure, and the arms have two different shaped pegs for some reason.

I REALLY do not like how combiners are now one 100 dollar voyager with a skeleton and then 4 nearly 30 dollar figures with skimped on features (hollow swivel heads instead of full heads on ball joints, weird QC shit, etc.) I don't give a shit that influencers are saying these are better than any of the others out there they're retarded and have more money to burn than me/get sent 500 dollar shit for free sometimes.

I aimed to get the updated menasor but I missed the box set and the standard motormaster and breakdown never stocked by me, motor master never went on discount online either. Breakdown was notoriously scalped to hell and back and was a literal afterthought figure which is sad when you consider the combiner wars one's issue was every figure that they made from it looked like a g1 breakdown recolor with a different head.

I have both the first release dead end (got on discount) and the g2 walmart only one. Both have that qc issue where the back doesn't fully close properly for no apparent reason but they look fine in robot mode. G2 one I think I already said this but it looks like an 80s/90s marvel comics panel with it's color choices despite not having shading baked onto the figure. The light just catches the actual plastic and paint in a way that reminds me of it with how saturated it is.

Well that fucking sucks. Like I have no clueif the game was gonna be good or shit but the designs were actually neat and had some plot behind them like starscream's whole "repaired by humans" thing he had going. Never got around to getting the figures but they looked higher effort than most stuff the last few years in some cases. I'm gonna bet some "value speculators (scalpers) are now gonna start hoardig the merch because "RARE FORGOTTEN LOST GAME THEY WANTED YOU TO FORGET!!!!" because everything these days is too fucking predictable.

EDIT: Noticed amazon still has the reactivate figures shipped and sold by amazon but they're marked up to like 70 for all of them for some unknowable reason.

Man i really hope at the very least we'll see the return of the old Activision Transformers games again. Really, if Hasbro has no intention of doing anything with their Franchise as far as movies, shows and games go, then the least they could do is release the fucking deathgrip they have and allow other creative entities to develop their own games with the Transformers franchise (within reason of course). This just makes me wonder how long it will take before Hasbro backstabs Skybound Comics and snatches the permits of the IP away

It's likely gonna be shovelware mobile game microstansaction and NFT type shit judging by the stuff they've pulled the last several years on their own.

Hey speaking of games, is that weird racing battle game thing that one company was making that used the weird mix of g1 and cyberverse models with WFC/FOC style shading cancelled too? Haven't heard anything about that since the trailer.

The new CEO (Chris Cocks) is a fucking retard and everything is legitimately falling apart with him steering the ship:

- ROTB did ok at best
- Earthspark bombed
- Transformers One bombed
- All these shitty fucking mobile games no one cares about continue to be dead on arrival
- Reactivate is cancelled

And even before that you had the massive embarrassment of TLK, Bumblebee just doing alright, IDW tanking, etc.

That's not even getting into their other brands, like Star Wars and Marvel which are just huge money drains at this point for obvious reasons. They were so incompetent they gave up POWER RANGERS of all things, one of the most popular boy brands of all time. You have to be a special kind of retarded to fuck that up.

His entire "focusing on video games" spiel is a con job because absolute jack shit has come from it other than continuing to rape D&D to the core of the earth. Hell, they haven't even bothered to re-release WFC and FOC which it seems like everyone is desperately begging for at this point.

Only the current TF toys and comics seem to be doing ok. Other than that it's a massive disaster. At this rate I will be surprised if Hasbro still exists in a few years if this guy somehow still isn't booted out.
