Transformers general thread - Toy Robot men based on giant robots based on previously mentioned toys about said robots

Japanese aren't known for their miniature games though. Even if they tried the rules would be trash like any of their other games.

Colour is on point. Torso is slimmer, arms are smaller. The back looks way better. Not a fan of X-Transbots but this is a must buy for the collection.

tbh I've never tried any Japanese tabletop but I know there's a fuckton of license stuff, various UC Gundam, Dougram, Xabungle, Ideon

Role and Roll closed down in 2022. I think Surugaya is still around though. If you're around Akihabara you'll find a few places selling but there's no where to play. When it comes to something like a miniature game where you need space there wont be that many players. It's why card games did so well there.

I'm hoping this summer, though shouldn't be any later than a fall release.

G1 Devestator is being re-done in Tonka colours.
New Buzzworthy set has a Goldbug figure and the Ransack recolour.
I rather like the Cosmos coming out.
Arcee recolour really should have been Flamewar.

I'm hoping the quality isnt bootleg tier like the Walmart one they did a few years ago, and also that those autobot logos are just stickers because I would rather this guy be factionless on my Gobot shelf.
price is pretty meh, 105 for a g1 devy is pushing it, I'll probably wait for it to go down.
 
I really like Shattered Glass Slicer. They nailed the late era G1 aesthetic perfectly and not only that it's yet another one of Botcon's exclusives now redone by hasbro. Burnout is now also being done who came with Lift Ticket and that was yet another botcon exclusive set.

I don't understand why they didn't just leave Skids's head as is, it would have done fine.
also that head flap still looks like shit with the new head. incredible that a Diaclone toy from 1983 figured out how to make a good looking head with no shit attached to it from behind but a brand new deluxe toy with all the bells and whistles cant.
Reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally hoping Takara isn't done with the MP Skids mold, I would totally be into an MP Burnout.

holy shit it's literally the same colors as the bootlegs i sawin walmart alongside official transformers back in the mid-2000s. Why the fuck is it 105 dollars?
 
We might be getting a Voyager Tarn.
Also looking forward to the potential, Leader Prime Skyquake, Leader Armada Megatron, Deluxe Needlenose. Deluxe Hot Shot. Shadow Striker, and Crasher
I hope the Shadow Striker is the form with the mixed parts.

Sad that the next Dinobots are core class and we already have the characters.
 
I want to see how that Lio Convoy turns out, there still isn't really a good option for him since the MP and vintage are massive and the Robot Masters is tiny, so if this voyager one is any good that might look great with the original BW2 guys.
ugh imagine if its gonna try and be accurate to the Cybertron one.
