I understand when transition goals are an anime character or someone from South park, because those faces are flat and featureless and it's easy to identify into that.
But Viktor? No pooner ever has this kind of face and this goal is unrealistic. Them being babyfaced and featureless even seems to be a prerequisite for pooning out. (Such girls have a problem being taken seriously by other people)

I think they're also getting confused because canonically Dio is bisexual insofar as he fucks dudes, but that's more because he's a psychotic weirdo who uses people to fulfill his needs rather than any kind of genuine affection. He has always looked like a buff dude.

Also every single character in JoJo is androgynous depending on what era of Araki's art you're looking at.
