I'm generally a bit squeamish so I avoid looking at actual surgery results but I clicked anyway and on this one I'm more bemused than anything. It looks like someone made a sock out of skin and stitched it together and filled it with fat. That's supposed to be a penis? Who would want this done to them? And more to the point, what surgeon would willingly do this to someone? It is plainly the result of mental illness. A doctor should refuse to do something like this.

Boy let me tell you about why you should be wary of doctors. Doctors in the US will sell anything to you, and doctors in South America will do it for 1/8 the price.
For major surgeries it's always a good idea to get a second opinion from a different doctor, but as a general rule of thumb any cosmetic doctor is just looking to make money. They don't ask questions.

A little horror movie history for you guys.
Many years ago there was a terrible movie starring Bruce Campbell and that star trek douche walter koenig. The movie bombed. It was a horror movie about a group of cyborgs or AI or something on the moon. In body horror style, what they would do is kill you, rip off their flesh and add it to themselves.
The name of the movie was called Moontrap.
