Maybe "the caste systems of soviet prisons" means the nonsensical social hierarchies that Communist dictatorships create to keep their oppressed populations down, by getting them keep each other down with BS social-political tiers. However "oppressed" you were by the bourgeoisie grants you extra pity-points in society and raises you above others to make up for that "oppression", which you then use to push others down.

Or something like that? I vaguely remember seeing a documentary about what happened when China went commie; and 1984 portrayed it well in "fiction"

Prisoners in Soviet block countries developed caste systems, the specifics and names differed by country but the rough hierarchy was:
>respected prisoners obeying a certain code of behavior
>regular prisoners who just sit their time
>prisoners who cooperate with the prison authorities on mundane matters
>designated sex slaves

Dunno exactly about the Soviet Union but at least in Poland, the designated sex slaves ("cwele") would receive female names and be referred to by female pronouns.

Also, from what I have heard it has really been making women angry when official publications have started doing this and rightly so.

It just highlights the fact that troons and trans culture in general are largely a bunch of insufferably pretentious assholes.

Linguistic obfuscation like this (or my personal favourite: "men who have sex with men" or "MSM" as insisted by the CDC) is the biggest reason why people will remain wilfully ignorant in an age of easily accessible information.

Call me a conspiritard, but I honestly believe that using such blatantly obtuse and indirect language is a front for deterring the average person from trying to read a proper academic paper/journal/whatever that's easily accessible nowadays with the internet and smartphones.
