Most FtMs are just sad examples of abused women or girls scared of going through puberty and getting periods. Trannies have a giant problem with thinking the grass actually is greener on the other side.

This meme is actually really ironic now, given that Penn Jilette's daughter has just come out as having been a True and Honest real boy all along, and the notoriously skeptical host of Penn and Teller's Bullshit! has immediately rolled over and accepted it without question.
