Not to ruin it but I think this is an (admittedly very funny) troll. The name of the black variant is "Bushman of the Kalahari", and the description reads like satire.
There was a real version of it though from which the picture was used, so that is horrifying. I was really hoping that the product itself was fake when I first looked at it, but it seems we can't be so lucky. I wonder what kind of freak would spend $300 on this though.
