The Nazis recruited the surgeons who carried out the first sex change operations (other than the one who was Jewish). They didn't even care enough about the post-op trannies to do anything about them, except for the one who was Jewish who they sent to a camp. But, again, they really didn't seem to care too much about him especially since they released him to America (he had US citizenship since he'd lived in America as a child).

I'm aware. The procedures were done in the Weimar years and after they took over they burned his books, shut down his institution, and revoked his citizenship. He left before the takeover, basically a self-imposed exile. Troon and homosexual persecution under the Nazis is pretty well documented no?

No, at least not troon persecution. The entire world population of post-op trannies (only three) lived in Nazi Germany. They moved to Czechoslovakia, and when the Nazis took over there one of them was sent to a camp, but that was for being Jewish and (as I mentioned above) he was released to America. The other two trannies ended up moving to Switzerland. All of them lived through the war and into their 80s.
As for the surgeons, one fled (because he was Jewish), but the other two joined the party.
Why did the Nazis burn the institute? Magnus Hirschfeld was a Jew. He was a gay Jew and a socialist in an interracial threesome (Jewish-German-Chinese). And he was outside the country, preaching racial equality and anti-imperialism. It didn’t matter what he was studying, the Nazis were going to go after him.
In fact, Nazi Germany was pioneering hormone research at the time and Hitler may have been the first person to receive TRT. One of Magnus’ famous experiments was trying to cure homosexuality by implanting a sliver of a hererosexual man’s testicles to balance his hormones, the Nazis tried to cure homosexuality in the same way, but using synthesized testosterone (something also invented by a Nazi).

Einar Wegener (Lili Elbe) was operated on by literal Nazis. His SRS were executed by the pioneers of troongery - Erwin Gohrband who later conducted human experimentation in Dachau and Karl Warnekros, a gynecologist and an NSDAP member.
