I have been spending too many hours of my spare time reading long threads on here, not even caring about the subjects, because a good thread has fantastic combo of conversation flow and information that makes for great reading to me. It was, however, giving me a bit of Kiwibrain iykwim.
Time for a break, perhaps simply continue enjoying reading by opening an actual book. A light hearted novel. Nice and wholesome. Perfect antidote, right?

Always a culture shock when you read about blacks in old novels, some of my favourites are in HP Lovecraft's books where he essentially gives RPG stats to different races.
