It's a thing that started in Korea where someone either streams or records a video of themself eating large quantities of food whilst talking about random things and/or chatting with their audience (if they're streaming). Sometimes they even do Q&A sessions.

ETA: Ninja'ed but- I have not seen any of Trisha's and don't want to. Have a feeling that they are pretty grotesque (the whole "I'm so sexay mmmmmyas" thing is just... ugh.)

Thank you both for the explanation and it sounds just like something that comes out of Asia. I mean I can understand live streaming cooking shows or restaurant reviews and stuff but a video or stream of someone eating that much in one sitting talking about nothing sounds like a weird cultural thing I just don't get... fuck I'm 31 and I feel old man.

Yes, you're supposed to wear compression garments after lipo to help deal with absorption or drainage of the anesthetic used for the surgery.

I can understand the compression garments, I had to wear them after my partial mastectomy, what I am wondering is why the high tension garment? Boning usually means that the garment in question can apply considerable compression. Normal post surgical compression would be along the line of Spanx or the like. Not a heavily boned, super compressive, overly tightened corset.

Yeah, I think I remember hearing somewhere that a NORMAL, (as in, not cosmetic), compression garment is supposed to help with blood clotting, swelling, etc. Any truth to that?
By the way, a partial mastectomy??? You're a strong person. Really.

( PL)I cant imagine the doctor ordered a boned compression garment. I had a hysterectomy and like you said it was a spanx type garment to help with any clotting issues also with incision care. Very strange I wonder if she is waist training on top of having the fat sucked out which is not ever a good idea when you just had a procedure done.

Yup. Most compression garments are just really strong elastic binding. Think Ace Bandage type. Mine was the cheapy kind with a floral designed fabric outer cover, with velcro fastenings along the leg the.

Yeah. I had a partial Mastectomy on my right side. The whole right breast, not both. I had a non malignant tumor, NOT cancer, and the doctor took the whole breast just to be safe. Luckily, I was able to get reconstructive implants put in after the initial damage healed. I joke with my Chief Bedwarmer that when I am old and gray, at least I will have one great, non saggy tit lol. And yeah, it was hard at first, but you got to have a sense of humor about it all. Luckily I have a sense of the absurd and take take a joke, even at my own expense, so I made it to my reconstruction fine.
 
Trisha honestly doesn't even do it for me anymore lol I used to enjoy hate-watching her but she's extremely boring to me now. Even her "let's-pretend-I'm-having-a-mental-breakdown-because-I'm-desperate-for-views" videos are boring. They're all just the same.
