I watch this cow too. Trisha is just a sad, mentally ill idiot who has all the money and purses in the world but still can't take care of herself. She needs people to come in and check on her on a daily basis, tbh. She's been steadily growing worse for years now. She does play a character of sorts, but those videos are usually obvious (see: do dogs have brains). Pretty sure she's got at least a couple of untreated personality disorders going on. Her spine is also malformed, likely Lordosis. She's oddly shaped in general, almost deformed. If you look up old pics of her before she destroyed herself, you'll see the odd shape of her back/ass, and how strangely disproportionate she is. Also, her tits were lopsided; not just a little either, they were noticeably so.
There is a rumor going around about her having FAS as well. Not as a running joke, but as a serious suspicion. Seeing as her mother was/is a whorish alcoholic, it's a distinct possibility.
