I'm on #TeamTrisha.
From the sound of it, they had no contracts, no written agreements, no company, no business banking accounts. Ethan Klein realized he could make a Biggest Problem in the Universe with Trisha Paytas, who went along with it because she wants to fuck Ethan and has a Jew fetish. So Ethan promised that any net profit directly from the podcast was split between him and Trisha, but the rest of the money earned from everything else goes directly to him (he says 'to the production' but apparently there's no business bank account so that's his word).
Ethan has his friends and his H3 podcast team so he just takes those resources and blends them into the Frenemies podcast. Trisha is supposed to be 50/50 on decisions like staff hires but Ethan goes ahead and hires whoever he wants without consulting her. She freaks out because she realizes she has zero real control over a now successful business she helped build and asks Ethan to ask her before making serious decisions like hiring staff, and that if he can't do that she wants out. Ethan, realizing his shekels are threatened, defames her to the staff to turn them on her by saying that she wanted them fired.
Normally during the breakups, there's some emotional issue to be smoothed over, but this time Trisha took a swipe at the dragon's horde and Ethan is now actually pissed. In his mind, he either loses money to Trisha on her terms or on his. His mindset is covetous, so if he's going to lose money, so is she. Thus, Ethan strikes first, and paints the situation as favorably as possible. Because Trisha has ZERO control over production, his narrative goes up on the official episode. Trisha (retarded, fat, goyim) is left scrambling to figure out how to recover from this.
To be clear: I normally hate Trisha. I cannot stand her. I hate how she babbles about fucking nonsense at a thousand words a minute. She is only tolerable next to Ethan, who himself is an insufferable, covetous, and smug cunt who is completely insufferable when not bullying a retarded woman.
