A hoarder's house doesn't get like that out of laziness. Hoarders can't throw things away. Everything has sentimental value. If you clean a hoarder's house without getting them psychiatric help, it'll just get filled up again.

Based off of the timestamp from the exif data, the general look of the room, and the look of that radiator, I'm fairly confident this guy lives somewhere in central Europe. I know you guys don't care, i'm just practicing my extended personal information gathering skills (yeah, i just approximated this guy's location off of a blurry ass image of his room. I watched the first ten minutes and judging by the kitchen rubbish this true and honest woman lives entirely off frozen pizzas, and then can't even tidy up the boxes.
If the troons really cared about passing as women they'd obsessively clean, decorate, and organize and they'd worry about their female relatives deriding them for being messy. As it is they seem overly keen to worry about literally anything else.

The state of these rooms scream "I'm too depressed to deal with this overwhelming mess months in the making, and I can barely manage to heat up a frozen pizza to sustain myself" not "I'm living my best life and things are only improving with me."

Also the giant pile of empty toilet rolls by the toilet is this hon must have not picked up his empty toilet rolls for a year or more to collect so many.
