My family had to clean out a hoarder's house after she passed. We never knew how bad it was while she was alive and it's hard to put into words the kind of mess she left. It's important to remember that hoarders aren't just lazy slobs who can't be bothered to throw things away. Hoarders can't throw things away. Everything - and I mean everything - has sentimental value. These free cleans, while satisfying as fuck to watch, won't last unless the hoarder gets psychiatric help.

It's always fascinating hearing how people "troon out" in relation to their upbringing, apparently based on a quick reddit glance not only does she have no sense of hairstyles she's apparently parentless and most of her posts look like the wall of a deranged relative we have that gets too in on MSM fearmongering mixed in between e-begging for people to pay for essential supplies like toilet paper - Honestly more sad than anything.

Helped a friend who had a family member pass away from alcoholism and it’s was pretty much like this too. Left over bottles, clothes just scattered in piles, trash piling up everywhere. And the fridge. My God the smell from the fridge was overpowering it made the garbage smell refreshing. Not sure what breaks in troon’s minds that they get like this. At least a druggie has an excuse that they’re too fucked up to function and are beyond normalcy… perhaps it’s the same with troons since they’re at the point they break with reality and think they’re a woman

These are the living conditions of a broken man.
Empty fast food containers, a filthy IKEA child's toy, filthy bed, cat bowls, questionable and unidentifiable stains on the corner of the bed. Does he just sleep on top of a pile of shit?
These people are just so fucked and they probably don't understand how beneficial having a clean home is (tidyness is a different beast).
Cats are the easiest pet to own and still he manages to fuck that up somehow. It would take maybe an hour to tidy that place up if you were brutal about throwing stuff away.

I think there's a few factors here. While the condition of a person's living space is absolutely a reflection of their mental state, I think many of them just don't see anything wrong with it because of the echo chambers they inhabit.
A big part of the problem is that these people never criticize each other to any degree whatsoever. I am not exaggerating when I say you could post a picture of Worzel Gummidge to r/Trans or r/TransLater with the caption "Do I pass girlies :3" and the replies will be uniformly complimentary, validating and positive. Reddit hugboxes use kid gloves to such an extent that any criticism of a tranny, regardless of what form that criticism takes, is verboten.
Their apartments/basements/caves being utterly filthy goes entirely unchallenged when they share images of themselves and their living conditions with their hugboxes. This is coupled with the fact that when all they see is other trannies living in the same animalistic squalor, they are conditioned into believing that it's normal behaviour. They have no standards of hygiene because no standards are enforced or expected in their community. Standards are also "ableist" and "exclusionary", so they are anathema to trannies. What we see in this thread is the result of that mindset.
It's basically a cycle of deluded, broken people reinforcing the delusions and enabling the bad habits of other deluded, broken people. Their living conditions being as they are isn't coincidental- it's inevitable.
