No he isn't, I know for a fact. The reason it looks the way it does is because he was inspired by multiple games and wanted to make his own game but with cute girls. That's why the art style for the characters contrast with the environment since a lot of his inspiration is from old RPGs like Deus Ex, Fallout, System Shock, and EYE Divine Cybermancy.
I don't think he is a troon but it definitely draws in the troon/troon adjacent people as we've seen there. The cute anime girl makes sure that people who would normally not play a game like this can get suckered in because the mc is cute and acceptable for the art people.

Played it, really liked it, I think the dev just wanted his tacticool waifu in a game and that's perfectly ok.
At this point, pin this post since it's habitual Peripeteia gets brought up. The game is a lot more stable and the save and load system is better but aside from that it's still the same.
All I know about this is that Shodanon, is a proud /adgd/ past poster and isn't shy to show it, he has it in his socials, and that someone is very mad about Peripeteia on 4chan, has if a post about it shows up, someone spams it with CP.
