It's not as hard as one might think.

Go to a site like YouTube, type in the search something like "NASA hoax" or "government lies" or "alien rape" or "[some stupid fetish or belief]" and then modify the search to show activity within the least week or month so you can find new and active users. Then it's as simple as browsing and looking for the ones with the most cow potential.
 
Let me just stress to any :epik:s that read this: do not let Troy know we're watching him. Even though we should archive his criminal activity, do not risk letting him delete everything and go into hiding. If you're going to interfere at all, REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE. Aside from that, this would be way less fun in the meantime if he disappeared.
