I watched half of the interview this morning. As far as I got, it only sounded like an anecdotal retelling of events from over a decade ago. But there must be some truth to it if Tucker is chosing to give this guy a platform to speak.

I think Tucker is just trolling the media with this one. Remember the Kavanaugh nomination hearings? They gave Christine Blasey Ford a national press tour for unsubstantiated allegations that happened 30+ years ago, with no evidence, and she couldn't even name a specific date for an event that was "indelible in the hippocampus". Tucker is giving this guy the same degree of credulity and the media is melting down over it, because the dirty tricks are only allowed on acceptable targets.

Honestly my favorite Tucker interview. Not sure if this Obama one tops it though because I haven't finished it yet.

The chyrons were gold. Avenatti demanded that Tucker not call him CPL as a precondition of doing the interview, so the producers ran CPL chyrons for the entire segment. Avenatti was extremely butthurt.

First it read: "CREEPY PORN LAWYER TOYING WITH 2020 RUN"

Then: "DOES AMERICA WANT CREEPY PORN LAWYER AS PRES?"

Then: "STORMY'S LAWYER AS CREEPY PORN PRESIDENT?"

Then: "TUCKER TAKES ON CREEPY PORN LAWYER"

Then just: "CPL FINALLY AGREES TO INTERVIEW WITH TUCKER"

Following the interview, Avenatti went on Twitter, calling Carlson a liar and criticizing Fox News for what happened.

Supposedly the media in 2007 and Obama’s campaign went full on “SHUT IT DOWN MODE” on this. Also, there’s been a few letters from college age Obama that got leaked where he tells a girl he lusts for penis to impress a white girl.

I think it’s more because Obama is supposedly a huge egomaniac and his public image is very cultivated. Tucker is digging up an old story to call Obama a fag and mock Big Mike because more and more people are waking up that Obama was a giant piece of shit.

I remember this story and thought it was bullshit back in the day, but after the letters where Obama personally admitted he was into men, it looks a hell of a lot more plausible. The question is where are all the other men Obama slept with? That one might be even crazier. If Obama didn't have many male sex partners (unusual for a man who may have done these acts), then that lends a lot more credence to Michelle being a man.

Tucker Carlson goes to Argentina — and shows us what it's like to live in a country where the government can't stop printing money​

Argentina is a developed country, with an educated population, a huge middle class, and tremendous natural resources.
But when you look at it closely...you learn quickly why its nationals want to flee, and why anti-establishment "anarcho-capitalist" Javier Milei is leading in the polls and likely to win Argentina's presidency come October.
The problem is inflation — 165% inflation as of July, according to Steve Hanke's inflation index, which is the most accurate reading.
Tucker Carlson went down to Buenos Aires to find out exactly what that is like, exploring in a mere ten minutes on Twitter just how normal people have to live with it on an extended basis, all because its socialist government can't stop printing money.

It's powerful stuff because it describes how people lives with this nightmare, and he talks to the best of the best Argentinian experts who live in the country, such as economist and professor Diana Mondino. A prominent economist in the States once told me she was known as "the woman who knows everything."

It's also fearsomely accurate — it describes the Argentina I saw during its post-2001 devaluation period, with people losing their life savings to inflation, people unable to get their money out of banks, people bitterly banging on pots and pans in protest, people desperately trying to get hold of black market dollars just to have currency that is worth something tomorrow, and stuffing those dollars under their mattresses. Tucker's segment told me that absolutely nothing has changed in that country, except that it's getting worse, and the people are ready to rise up to put a stop to the nightmare.

Theo Von's comedy and podcasting style is an acquired taste (Hello Joe Rogan!).

Tucker does an impressive job riffing with Theo though without missing a beat. Carlson also was willing to get YT levels of lewd at times as well.
