Turkey Tom is a zoomer YouTuber who is mostly associated with the commentary community. However instead of being gay and cringe like many others in his genre he generally does a good job of picking interesting topics/people and presenting the information in an entertaining way. As an added bonus he often uses the Farms for research and credits the investigative work the people here do.


For example both these videos heavily rely on KF as a primary source. As someone who posts here and knows about both topics I still thought the videos were entertaining, and I think I’d find them informative if I didn't know anything about either situation.


Also he recently streamed with Josh and not many YouTubers would be ballsy enough to risk their channel doing that.
 
I like his commentary and it's nice he credits the Farms but he has this smug "too kool 4 skool" attitude that I find grating. I get the feeling sooner or later he's going to go the Moistcritical route where his ego balloons to the point he gets wedged firmly up his own asshole.

I am not sure it's worthy to have a thread on him just yet.

Imo, looking at the MATI thread, this is basically going to go two ways with endless discussions :
  • He is a sell out and a zoomer retard who compromises his opinion for money (expect a lot of pronouns debates).
  • He is such a chad for parroting our takes and giving us credit.
Sprinkle in some takes on videos he made on subjects that have already been covered here, because we are the source, and most likely some thirsting over his girlfriend.

I enjoy listening to his content. But I don't think it's worthy of a global discussion.

I just wanted a place to discuss videos by a guy who’s content I like, kinda like the RLM or Wendigoon threads.
 
He's been a frequent point of discussion in the Youtube Commentary Community thread in internet famous, that's probably been the unofficial thread, he himself has been in there previously.

I don't know how much more there is to discuss than what's already there, he certainly isn't a lolcow (any more than any other users of this site). Listening to some of his second channel stuff he exhibits a few patterns of Terminally Online Syndrome sneaking in, but that's probably the norm for people in their early 20s these days.

To him I'd just say to be wary of getting too friendly with KF. That traditionally doesn't seem to work out for public figures, in one way or another.
 
Just want to point out that my favorite lolcow, Nool, when doing the interview with the young 20-year-old Turkey Tom, referenced both the lawyer Carl Schmitt the Nazi legal theorist that created the legal basis for Hitler's takeover of Germany and the Unabomber as intellectual inspirations. So I don't blame Turkey much for covering his ass, making the vid private.

Still, It would be smart for him to pivot out of the Internet Insanity realm whenever he can, even if it is profitable. The longer you stare into the abyss... :gunt:

Turkish Tom is aight, for now. Him going all Rekieta Law with the "I got this figured out" stuff is going to be funny to laugh at when Susan Wojacky discovers his youtube channel while thinking about the kids too much ( Bored middle aged long beak Polish women, not even ounce). Every time there's a out of the blue TOS update it's always to go after what's popular then to force down what advertisers want down everyone's throats and if not that, just some loony troon google employee nuking someone's account for talking about something they or the feds want suppressed and hidden from the public eye.
 
Yeah he credits the farms, his videos are ok he reminds me Cecil mcfly both credit the farms when they pull information from here. Given how yt changes the rules constantly it wouldn't be hard for someone he covers to just fuck his shit up if he isn't savvy enough. But he said he has a small staff on his team which may or may not benefit him when yt tries to push in his shit.
 
My only exposure to Tom was the Minecraft stream he did with Null.

I thought he was incredibly disrespectful at times towards somebody who was a guest on his stream, making some very snide and rude comments. The stuff about Null digging a hole to spend time with creatures "Is that a metaphor for your life? HEH!" and the pronouns nonsense "Go on Null; say SHE!" (YOUR NAME IS TOBY!) both come to mind. I know he was "joking" on both, but there was an element of showing his hand a bit. He also sounded like a little shithead bragging about how much money he makes and sports cars and seems to have an extremely high opinion of himself. Some of his comments were embarrassing, and the parts with his girlfriend and the dinner menu were incredibly unprofessional when somebody is giving you the courtesy of being a guest on your stream.

I've said this previously, but I didn't find him to be especially entertaining, insightful, sharp, or funny.

He seems like an open-minded and okay kid, and it's remarkable being willing to listen to both Null and Keffals as guests, but he definitely has a bit of a hotshot punk streak that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I strongly commend him for being willing to credit and name the Kiwi Farms for his source material, as well. It's gotta be hard to be so young and make so much money without falling into that trap a bit. I probably would have been the same way to a certain degree, honestly. Hopefully he grows and learns from it instead of leaning more into it and becoming more of a prick over time.

I can forgive some of the nonsense I saw coming from a 20-year-old kid; I wouldn't be nearly as forgiving if it was coming from a 30-year-old man.

Pretty much this, he does make good videos. His streams are meh, and he routinely spergs if someone is talking over him (flam stream comes to mind). He screams like a retarded petulant child not getting their way: LOUDLY.

He is a smug little faggot, who sucks the troon dick so Susan will keep the checks coming. I firmly believe he dislikes troons just as much as the next sane person, but is obviously too terrified to admit that because he knows he would be nuked out of orbit.

In that regard I understand, he would be a fool to fuck up that income but there is something to be said for just staying neutral as well.

I think he was trying to Devil's Advocate with Null on the Keffals shit, but he came off as a moralfag, badly. He was even defending Keffals YT channel as decent/growing, absolute faggotry.

When Keffals, predictability began to act like the deranged individual that he is - Tom immediately did an about face and tried to shit on his channel/content.

Like I said, great videos, and he credits the farms so that's good...At the end of the day he is a 19 year old zoomer, so I don't expect much.

Kiwi Kyle is an interesting individual, the fact he has a KF account and covers KF-adjacent topics should make for interesting discussion about Chicken Chris aka Partridge Pete aka Tit Tommy aka Booby Bob, etc.
