THEY ASKED FOR SUPPORT FROM TURKEY

According to Yeni Şafak, Küçükyetim confessed that he was directed by a person with the pseudonym Fjotolf Hansen, whom he met on the 'Steam' gaming platform and said he was from Eastern Europe. After Küçükyetim said that this person was thinking of making explosives, some European countries contacted Turkey and asked for support.

HE SAID HE WAS THINKING OF ATTACK

Arda Küçükyetim gave the following information about the person who directed him

“This person said that he wanted to buy a gun and carry out an action at the school he attended. He also stated that he would get the weapon through his family. This person also told me that I could make explosives. During a conversation between Hansen and me, he told me that he was also thinking of making explosives and that he was even thinking of taking a relative's car and carrying out an action with these explosives, but he did not elaborate.”

DATA WILL BE RESTORED

Eskişehir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office deepened the investigation. A special team of experts was formed after Küçükyetim deleted the data on his computer and cell phone before the action. The team of experts seized the relevant materials to restore the data.

The prosecutor's office will also request information about the instigator, who uses the Steam gaming platform and says he is 16 years old.

Steam - nickname - suspicious that the account is hidden
There is another account with the same pseudonym but it is not from Eastern Europe but it carries the same racist imagery but it may not be in these two accounts of course

Up to 108 years in prison requested for defendant who stabbed 5 people he encountered on the street in Eskişehir
Arda Küçükyetim (19), who went out on the street in Eskişehir wearing a helmet, ski mask, protective glasses and assault vest and stabbed and injured 5 people he encountered, was sued for 'attempted premeditated murder' and 'threats in order to create fear and panic among the public' with a request for a prison sentence of up to 108 years. Küçükyetim, whose terrorism connection could not be determined, said, "I did not do this action for religious purposes, I only did this action because I do not like people and because it would make a splash."
