FFS, the drawing even looks like his eyes. They're very masculine and have that same downward drooping on the corners. Only someone as autistic as Chris could have come up with this. I bet he took the phrase, "The eyes are the windows to the soul" too seriously. He probably thinks this drawing counts as eye contact.

I was wondering about this too. Any postal spergs here who know this stuff? We know Chris goes to the Rville post office in person to mail stuff from time to time. But doesn't mail actually get postmarked at regional sorting facilities? There are all sorts of levels to this shit I just started trying to look it up and it was too confusing. Charlotesville doesn't seem to be a major hub though fwiw. Regardless the handwriting and art are dead on.

Yes. Charlottesville had a distribution center, but that was closed years ago so all mail around here goes to Richmond first then gets rerouted back.

They're supposed to be Sugoi sparkly anime eyes which I guess is his attempt to make the contents of the letter look innocent which would maybe lead to forgiveness, but he made them look creepy. Those don't look like stars those look like red eye haze.
