I can tell you that "trans-affirming care" literally saved my life, and made my life worth living. Others might not accept me as a woman, but the thing is, at the end of the day, we don't care. We just want to live quietly and happy, like anyone.

You should understand that this is also, likely, the primary motivation of the "troons" you so revile.

And while I would never support or advocate taking groups of young people, writ large, and "persuading" them they should be trans or take puberty-blockers, my own experiences are enough to convince me that any person (young or old) who asks for treatment for gender dysphoria, deserves to be seen by a medical professional who will responsibly support them and monitor them.

On this, we may agree or disagree. But that's my position, FWIW.

If you just want to live quietly and happily, then you're doing it very wrong, because troons are some of the most obnoxiously-loud, rage-fueled, and miserable creatures on the planet.
