From what I understand, he was a pretty cool center-left guy back before Trump got elected and he went full TDS. Honestly, the thing that most offends me about all this is that he's doing this bitch tier shit where you trash someone from behind a blocklist. Kind of disappointing that he's fallen this far. At least his capos have the balls to have back-and-forth over their moronic hot takes.

The fact that Twitter is capable of making an otherwise reputable professional stoop to these mean girls style gay ops really does worry me.

I will say this, Ty's actions highlight better than anything else the fine line between genius and insanity. I get the feeling Ty was encouraging Kiwi Farms to dig up whatever they can about Low T primarily because his stunningly spergy behavior pretty much guarantee people here are going to want to look deeper in on the guy and find out what other hilarious skeletons he's got in his closet. This benefits Ty because the dude is openly giving legal advice to potential lawsuit targets. Ty has talked in the past about how much easier the crowdsourced discovery has made his job, so it makes perfect sense that he'll ask for as much of it as he can get. Convincing autists on the internet to do your opposition research for you for free, solely because they're bored and it's funny.

It's utterly unprecedented, which is probably why Popehat has no idea what's going on with that request and thinks Beard is calling for a harassment mob. So that may be why he's clutching his pearls so hard over this whole thing. From a leftist perspective, anything involving Kiwi Farms == nefarious plot to bullycide minorities online.

Matt Wilson, a small time attorney from Starkville, Mississippi. A firm so small that it's hard to find unless you know his state. I would guess he's probably not a superlawyer, sides with Vic, and when he jumps into a conversation he's not involved in, he's not making an ass out of himself. Greg...TAKE NOTES!

Tbh, I am a bit concerned about how the TX state bar feels with regard to what constitutes "Opposition research" and "Stalking." Last thing Ty needs is all that crowdsourced discovery to go kaputt because some turbo-sperg doesn't get what constitutes stalking according to TX state law. (Linked below)

Yeah that's pretty fucking embarrassing in the how-the-mighty-have-fallen sense. He would have been considered libertarian back then. Now apparently just pure wokeness overrides even basic shit like actually getting the most trivial details of a case right before blowing your stack over it like an absolute fucking idiot.

When you have a moron like Douchette show up and suddenly take a completely contrary position to what anyone who has read any of the sources knows about the case, it's interesting they for some reason find nothing problematic about flat out admitting they haven't read shit about the case and know none of the facts.

It's like they couldn't familiarize themselves with the facts and still talk such nonsense, and anyone who did honestly look at it would be forced to admit at bare minimum that the complaint states a prima facie case.
