Why would that be safe to assume? Your entire speculation hinges on that assumption and it's kind of an arbitrary one
 
If they got "investigated" over Tupauolypse it was just an agent showing up talking to them for 15 minutes to make sure they are as retarded as they seem. Unless they cause some genuine incident that the .gov needs to save face over the feds have better things to do than arrest dipshit man-kids over shit like this.

She's fairly capable of keeping Jace out of the house for entire days (and foiled the "secret mission" back into it), she doesn't even need to worry about the fact she's Jace's mom when it comes to Tyce. The Crayola Nazi signs probably were the last straw.

Law enforcement and prosecution has a history of making bad calls when presented with something unusual.

EDIT: I was worried the hammer was coming down for the tupac business. Looks not nearly the case now.

I don't think any of this is that unusual. I suspect there are plenty of crazys/retards out in the wild that pull this same shit over and over again.
 
Well looks like we know whats going on now

So apparently Jace, Colby, and Tyce went to a local YMCA and Tyce got busted doing something illegal, apparently drugs or dealing drugs.
Jace was asked to testify as a witness on Tyce's behalf; on a side note, Gail actually wanted Jace to stay with her and not move in with Tyce, apparently saying he wasn't ready. Thats about it on the Tyce thing.
