Reminds me of the manic pixie dream girl craze, really. The hell happened to being a tomboy?

Punk culture and its consequences have been a disaster for the entire human race

Oregon is suing the Federal Government, including the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Federal Protection Service. Many speakers have been quoted telling the Federal Government to "get out of our city". Most of the concerns have been coming from the apparent "unregistered and unidentified" federal officers snatching protestors in vans. I wonder how they figured out which department to sue?

I have a lot to say about this, considering they're concerned about the Fed's doing their job rather then the people burning Portland to the ground, but all I can really say is....... good luck :story:

How do you explain Republican women then?
Exception does not disprove trend

Rate me :optimistic: but hopefully turning Portland into a quasi-police state will start to shift left wing voters towards more pro right-to-bear-arms policies. Really making a solid case for them to develop the mentality of "we need guns to protect ourselves from the state."

You cannot convince someone against a position they want to believe in. As long as they have a marginally credible alternative narrative they can choose to adopt, they'll cling to that. "It wasn't protesters that were violent, it was the police who provoked everything! White agitators who just wanted to cause trouble started the fires! There's Proud Boys coming over the hill!"

If somebody emotionally fears guns, they will never go pro-2A until they have a greater fear. The only thing that will change their mind is personally experiencing the violence, and sometimes not even that works.

Companies and political parties don't want you thinking for your selves.
They just want you to consume with out question, Apple use to get a lot of flack back in the day because how their customers used to act like fanatics and buy what ever Apple released even if it was shit, and you had the whole console wars too. More and more companies have been trying to work their customers in to this mind set.

A few years back there was outrage when this speech got leaked:

They just want your undying loyalty and nothing else, questioning them means they can't get away with shit.

This goes far beyond Apple, look at the black community's response to Kanye's speech today. Kanye points out the fact that Harriet Tubman never really freed black people from slaves, the escaped slaves still worked for white people for barely any money and still faced racism. He also states that freedom doesn't come from elections, it comes from people choosing not to lose themselves in pornography/drugs. Finally, he started crying while explaining how his father tried to get his mother to abort him and admits that he and Kim almost chose to abort his daughter North. He's giving out some pretty hard truths about the damage that a victim mentality/consumerism/wanton sex does to a person and the community is rejecting it because it would require actually reconsidering some narratives and self sacrifice.

The black community is losing its shit and defending all of these vices, calling Kanye mentally ill because these stances upset the crab bucket mentality that black culture has. For things to improve, the crab bucket mentality needs to be removed.

Kanye is morally ludicrous in the sense he's lost his fucking top on a lot of aspects but it's clear he's become so disillusioned with clown world and the cultural Hellhole surrounding him, his name, his fandom and black people in general that it's probably one of the major contributing factors to how fucking bonkers he is now - if "clown world" and the reaction to it were all personified in one person, he comes close.

Can't blame him.

Antifa was, at one point, a European phenomena alone known only among skinhead types, going far back as the '80's and '90's when S.H.A.R.P - Skinheads Against Racist Prejudice, started to campaign against 'hammerskin music' and groups like C18 in the U.K. - at some point in the early 2000's, it morphed largely into a Marxist populist movement escalating left-wing schools of thought all across Europe and fighting with skinhead groups.

As the skinhead trend died, so did they - incidentally, all they did was export themselves to America, and evolve.

Not only does that sound racist, that sounds tremendously illegal.
Making hiring and firing decisions based on race is tremendously illegal in federal law, now any white officer laid off in Seattle can use this video as evidence in a federal lawsuit. The cop(s) may never need to work a day again.

The big brains on these people continue to astound.
SPD: If you defund us and force us to do layoffs we'll have to lay off a lot of our newer officers, many of which are minorities.
City Council: Well just fire all the white people instead then!

Roe McDermott is a writer and Fulbright Scholar with an MA in Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University. She’s currently undertaking a PhD in Gendered and Sexual Citizenship at the Open University and Oxford.

If your wife is writing in to that thing for advice, you have chosen poorly for a wife.

LOL at thinking she was writing in for "advice". She lost an argument with her husband, and decided to get spiteful revenge by summoning the ragemob on him because she's a dangerhaired cunt.

The guy that married her is fucking stupid, both for a marrying a progressive academic with a degree in man-hating and for spilling his spaghetti over BLM shit on social media with his real identity.

Oh, that's not the person wrote in, that's the advice columnist, who is a lesbian (of course).

This chick posting in American Mensa Firehouse claims that she lives in the same neighborhood as the McCloskeys.
