Maybe they can have certain specific people trained in apprehension and identification of criminals with firearms training patrol the area. Of course, they would have to do that in shifts every day and night, so the community could give money to a central body to organize and pay them as it would result in being their main job. They can have special cars and identifying numbers/badges to both project them as a safety force and allow citizens to come to them with complaints or make complaints about them to said central body. Maybe even have special units if the community is dealing with specific problems—a drug unit, a gang unit, a trafficking unit, etc.

An excellent idea. We'll take people from other cities to do such work, that way we do not have to worry about family and community ties and make sure their identities are masked at all times. To do such, we'll need a walled compound for them to operate out of, with an unmarked segment dedicated to preventing doxing and attempts by the undesirable alt-right elements from harming these People's Servants. We'll call the unmarked ones the Social Telecommunication And Security Intelligence on the budgets.

Soon, with only a few more executions of undesirables, the Revolution will be ready to be televised.

It's fun to laugh at their hypocrisy, but they won't let principles be held against them like conservatives. They will happily tear down local police and arm somalis and morbidly obese trannies to ignore actual criminals and get their vengeance on whitey, without a trace of hesitation or shame.
