They are staying within Portland city limits instead. Gotta say I am disappointed, from personal dealings with Beaverton cops and traffic tickets, they don't fuck around and I was looking forward to watching the show tonight.

Microsoft is the worst big SaaS provider in terms of security, so I wouldn’t trust them either. I cannot remember if that example you provided was a database exposure or API being unsecured but either way, it was terrible and MS has a track record of those types of blunders. But companies do exist that provide these services in a secure manner. And even the most insecure cloud server is probably more secure than a commie org’s. They are not autists like us and if they are, it is focused on unproductive things rather than protecting their tech. I agree that users should keep local copies of essential data though, as they should with any important documents. I do understand the apprehension to using cloud services too, especially with the shady dealings of big tech. I just do not think most of these orgs have the knowledge to use open source software securely or care to learn how.

Has anyone else seen this interview clip with Larry Grathwohl, who was an FBI agent undercover with the Weather Underground? He describes how they wanted to create re-education camps and expected to “eliminate” 25 million people who could not be re-educated.

You're focusing on the lawyer part, which of course is the NLG cover. But Stewart got nicked for passing along messages, i.e. enabling terrorism, not for providing counsel.

NLG is engaged in ongoing support of active domestic terrorism, as Antifa people are being picked up multiple times on the streets. They're providing support and expertise ahead of time; the protests always start with an organizer handing out material and information, including for RCA/PLY organized marches. And they're providing financial and organizational support, at least according to some things we've seen on streams.

Unless NLG is acting as a named attorney for Antifa, I don't think they get the same kind of protections a regular lawyer does. Despite the name, they're a non-profit advocacy group. Either way, it's enough of a hole to drive a Patriot Act attack through.
