Outlaws looks worse than any of the other high profile failures from this month. I don't care if it's a buggy piece of shit or if it runs flawlessly, it looks like the most boring AAA slop money can buy. Do we have a ballpark figure for how much it cost to develop?

Apparently there are no set enemies in certain missions, So they end up spawning independently and you get funny shit like this. Ubisoft's AI has never been smart but this, This is something else.
