I could've swore I've seen some of this art before. It's like constantly on the verge of being pretty decent, and yet it manages to always slip into the realm of the unsettling.
 
These are... something. I dont even know what to make of this. Theyre funny but damn people are weird. Im sure its been said already but the art style sort of reminds me of Wikihow or those mid 2000s Stop Bullying comics.

I spent quite a long time in Nigeria and I can tell you that I did have a problem with the talking rats demanding prophylactics. The problem went away after I got over the dengue fever, though.

There's a small community of concerned citizens that make stuff like this, although perhaps not as funny as this ugojesse.

Sorry I didn't get a good picture, as I was in a taxi that was desperate to get out of that part of Ife.

This is so bizarre, it is both good and bad, meaningful and nonsense, true and strawmanning.
 
OK, from what I can guess, this dude is a Nigerian 'Nice guy' that shills sexual snake oil, he may suffer from epilepsy, I'm guessing his sister (or some form of female acquaintance/family member) is suffering from severe post-partum depression and breast cancer.
