I don't get his medical advice. It goes from "use real doctors and medicine and don't take ignorant views on health matters" to "buy these amazing penis pills and your thing will be like the dancing king lightning cobra"

Aphrodisiacs are huge in Nigeria, both in the formal and informal economies. It's not uncommon to see street vendors in Lagos perched on buckets labeled "ALOMO" (a Ghanian 80-proof liqueur marketed as an anti-malarial drug, but consumed widely for its aprhodisiac properties), "KOBOKO" (another herbal gin), or even "VIAGRA."
 
My hero has fallen to such depths these last two pages. From promoting health, awareness and safety to now shilling useless products and race mixing.
It's always difficult seeing your heroes are human. *sigh*

Really expected the kid in the river to say "mother you are suffering from schizophrenia, you need to find mental help and not walk in rivers, come let us find you a good doctor, you are not mad only ill"
