Well. I finished chapters 3 and 4 after ignoring this thread for like a year, I got up to date through highlights. So a small summary for the regulars

KRIS RAPED NOELLE (A FLOWER WITHERING IS RAPE, I KNOW BECAUSE MEDIA LITERACY)!

TOBY IS A FAGGOT FOR CHANGING IT (BREAKING GLASS IS STILL RAPE, I KNOW BECAUSE MEDIA LITERACY)!

TORIEL IS A HOMEWRECKER!

SANS FUCKED TORIEL AND KIRS LISTENED ALL NIGHT!

ASGORE'S A CUCK!

ASGORE RAMMED DESS!

DESS RAPED KRIS!

That aside. Chapter 3 was pretty mid, I had fun with Tenna, but that's about it. I do think me not going for all of the S rank and doing the sword route made me miss a lot of the appeal though. Did the second S rank board and decided against restarting once it unsubtly told me that was all I was getting. Music wasn't really standout (except for Raise your bat, quite a banger, and Tenna's boss theme) which is one of the things I look forward to most with Toby's stuff. I was dissapointed with Toriel being asleep during the whole thing but the Roaring Knight certainly made an impression, though I lost in like 4 turns so it didn't really sink in while playing. Also annoyed that the Tenna resolution after the wounds was all off screen.

Chapter 4 on the other hand was a banger. The music was very on point even if it was basically one song in 20 different ways. I loved everything with Gerson and the interactions with Sussie. The manifestation of the titan managed to give it an outwordly presence. Really eager to see where we go from here. Also, laughed at Toriel and Sans getting their funk on while Kris and Sussie were going through existencial dread.

As for other stuff. The weird route I saw through posts and videos for the most part. do need to get a save file with that ready... intrigued with how creepy the pasta will be, if the zeldalike really is a manual for it, sounds like chapter 5 will get very intense.

As or theoreis. I'm in the Dess is the Roaring Knight camp, that Kris and Carol are in cahoots and that Susie is an outlier that will have huge impact along with the player. Still unsure what to expect from Ralsei or Asriel. I also believe Dess was the black sheep of the holidays in a similar way Kris is of the Dreemurs, so I do believe both had a closer relationship even though they were the older sister and younger brother.

As for crackhead theories. Kris rapes Noelle in body and soul to get revenge on Dess for raping him for being a human or something. Once Asgore found out he rammed her like the dirty dove she was and got kicked out of the force. Since Carol is a polititian, she's likely a sociopath so was fine with her BLACK deer of a daughter is dead and has Asgore hired for doing her a solid. In the meantime, Sans is fucking Toriel and Papyrus will be born from that. The other one in Sans house is Gaster who smokes weed while filling his belly with diet coke and plays burnout revenge for the ps2.

I really want to know why the majority of the fan base thinks Dess is the knight, she's honestly the least likely candidate out of the Holiday family, and it's just weird everyone being that fixated on being Dess.

Seriously? Antlers, baseball bat, suspiciously-missing, already close with Kris and does similar poses, the bunker code is in her guitar, presumably has some sort of history with Carol, boss theme that uses part of Lost Girl, and the game in general won’t shut up about her. If anything, the biggest point against Dess being the knight is that it’s too obvious.

I still hope it’s Rudy because it would be an interesting twist that there’s still evidence for, but the game at least wants you to think it’s Dess at this point.
