You just reminded me of the funny low effort shitpost Deltarune mod someone made for DMC5 a couple of years ago.
It's all just retextures no model swaps or anything but I think that's way funnier.
It's called Jevil May Cry. Just the title alone wins me over.
It retextures all of the characters. Dante is Kris, Nero is Frisk, Vergil is Asriel I think? ect. It's really funny and charming in how low effort it is.

Imo the most entertaining part of mods like this is figuring out who would be who. I'm the kind of faggot that likes to make the character swaps make some sense at the very least.
In Silent Hill 4's case we know Kris HAS to be Henry. So that makes me wonder who everyone else would be. Noelle as Eileen could work. I propose Chara to be Walter Sullivan. If only because making Chara the villain will piss off Charafags. That's it that's the only reason.

I feel like genocide Kris could be Walter and the twist is you play as Chara.

I'm assuming the reason is that a lot of languages don't have gender neutral pronouns, which makes Kris's nonbinary identity an issue. The translators would either have to assign Kris as male or female, or try and skirt around using any pronouns at all, or use a ridiculous-sounding fake neutral pronoun. The first option would piss off the wokies, the second option would probably be really clunky, and the third option would probably just end up confusing anyone who isn't super far left and aware of whatever made up pronoun they choose.

Don't forget the rape imagery of the bad route, which brings a lot of problems, since it either implies that Kris is a guy (since women can't rape according to wokes), OR that enbi-tards are rapists, which is also bad as that's sexist or whatever.
