I'm assuming the reason is that a lot of languages don't have gender neutral pronouns, which makes Kris's nonbinary identity an issue. The translators would either have to assign Kris as male or female, or try and skirt around using any pronouns at all, or use a ridiculous-sounding fake neutral pronoun. The first option would piss off the wokies, the second option would probably be really clunky, and the third option would probably just end up confusing anyone who isn't super far left and aware of whatever made up pronoun they choose.

From what I recall, the Japanese patch doesn't really use any pronouns or other gendered language for Kris, because that's a thing you can actually do in Japanese.

It's a 30 dollar bendy figure and it doesn't even include mike. I think that says [everything]

Anyways the ad itself is very very homestar-esque for lack of a better way of putting it. Tenna already occupies what I earlier stated as a kind of mario rpg game kinda chapter boss personality wise but with his behavior and rambling at the end here it really has a homestar runner animation feeling about it.

Don't forget the rape imagery of the bad route, which brings a lot of problems, since it either implies that Kris is a guy (since women can't rape according to wokes), OR that enbi-tards are rapists, which is also bad as that's sexist or whatever.
I will be surprised if there are shocking scenes from now on.

The weird route Ch 4 rape imagery was not intended. The thorn ring and rose petals were meant to relate, but Tony didn't realize people would interpret it as "deflowering" because he is retarded. It is why the sprite animation was changed to a crack and a data file in the folder called not_that_kind.
