Filter out this crap and try to enjoy the game on its own merits instead of any unrealistic expectations they'll put on you. It's a lot more enjoyable that way.

I weirdly enjoyed doing a genocide run despite having to kill otherwise really cool characters. The fights get way more intense, it gets super creepy, and it actually makes the weapons you get relevant instead of just having them take up space in the game.

the only real technical thing I can complain about is how Chara's weapon and armor you get are completely useless at the point where you get them since all of Sans' attacks do fixed damage no matter what while giving no invulnerability, and he only requires one hit to kill. Just disappointing that they have good stats but they're useless at the end of a genicide run and that's the only time they can use them. Violently bisecting Flowey was pretty damn satisfying though, the adorably evil little bastard.

As a side note: I still haven't decided whether to play this game or not..
 
I'd recommend it too, not that it means much.

Didn't know a thing about it going in and I was pleasantly surprised.

Do it, you're gonna have a good time.

So i just finished the True Pacifists Route and i gotta say that was one hell of a ride.I was smiling at the beginning of the fight and also smiling at the ending of the TPR ending.I really enjoyed the game overall and i really like this game.

Now it's time to do the Genocide run.

I really enjoy Mettaton in the game, especially his flamboyant EX form. I decided today to work on sewing together his upper body(which is just to say his pink/black area). I didn't know it'd take me 6 hours.

It's worth it for him.
