A cabal of people who can locate and kill random people all across America in a couple minutes without getting caught afterward is sort of going down the route of "it's magic, I don't have to explain shit", though. The only thing that makes this somewhat interesting is that it's not going the paranormal route.
Did they just fucking flatline someone via the internet?
Making a profit isn't hard when all you need is a couple shitty actors wearing regular streetclothes, subpar cameras and like 5 rooms that everything happens in.But them producing another one of these movies wasn't too surprising, as the first one did make a very nice profit.
I just wanted to mention that the thumbnail for the video is how I imagine every TVTtrope user's face looks as they read the site on their laptop.
isn't that an episode of black mirror? That said, I kind of like the idea. Some kind of Illuminati/Mafia kind of group hacking your shit and forcing you to do things? That's kind of interesting. This will probably suck but I like the idea more than the first movie.
isn't that an episode of black mirror?
neither have i, but i've been meaning to.I never watched that show.
with a show that is about the use and abuse of technology, i see little reason for this movie other than "we need some money and we got this actor who eats the scenery like a pro""Shut Up and Dance" is the third episode of the third series of British science fiction anthology series Black Mirror. It was written by series creator and showrunner Charlie Brooker and William Bridges, and premiered on Netflix on 21 October 2016, together with the rest of series three.[1]
The episode tells the story of a teenage boy (Alex Lawther) who is blackmailed into committing bizarre and criminal acts by a mysterious hacker possessing a video of him masturbating. The boy is joined by a middle-aged man (Jerome Flynn), whom the same hacker is blackmailing over infidelity.
