Unsane - It's shot on an iPhone, so that automatically makes it good.

Besides, his life's already one where he's the monster.
His victims shall take revenge.

I finally saw it, and for the most part it was an enjoyable enough horror movie like Shock Corridor or Shutter Island. Jay Pharoah was the best character, if only because he was playing it as himself if he was stuck in a mental health hospital. One big sticking point is the cinematography. For day scenes and interiors that are actually lit, the iPhone is serviceable. But for night scenes or scenes with lower lighting, it absolutely eats ass and you can't make anything out. The copious amounts of day-for-night don't help either. It's a definite Redbox/Moviepass movie.

It is in the same dated way movies like Big Fat Liar and Agent Cody Banks are, but that doesn't mean I necessarily want to see Dan Schneider write a horror movie. Besides, his life's already one where he's the monster.
Coming this summer...Dan Schneider's...THE TOES.

What is up with the title? It is like a title to a low-budget horror movie in the late 80s/early 90s.
