Chris is an autistic too shy to even talk to women. I'm not saying he would have moral objections to taking advantage of someone sexually.

I'm saying he would not have the presence of mind to do it in all but the moist outré and impossible scenarios. Which he is even less likely to get into than others because he is very sheltered.

You said it yourself. Fatty is just a 6 year old with said impulse control and lack of morality.

The only thing Fatty cares about is himself and he has zero sense of morality beyond it feels good to me so I should do it.

If he feels entitled to sex he will take it if the opportunity arises, but thank the gods that will never ever ever happen. Also Fatty is super passive so he won't take any action unless luck drops something in his lap.

So would he rape?

Once Chris is given the go-ahead, like with Catie, he feels entitled. He's really creepy and grabby. And he's very quick to pick out social cues he interprets as the go-ahead. He'll quickly decide that something's a date, and if it's a date, then they're considered "dating". And if they're dating, then they're boyfriend and girlfriend. And if they're boyfriend and girlfriend, they can have sexy time.

At no point is Chris thinking, "fuck that bitch, I'm gonna rape her", he's thinking "she's my girlfriend, I can kiss my girlfriend, right?"

And this escalation from "just friends" to "boyfriend/girlfriend conjugal rights" isn't just theoretical. Every time this situation comes up, Chris aggressively moves his weird understanding of the relationship ahead without the girl having any clue what he's thinking.

Now, the question is, is Chris so far gone that he'd rape a girl who's completely knocked out?

I think it's unlikely. I don't think Chris is that balsy. However, it's not that far out of the realm of possibility. I'd say maybe 1/16 chance of that.

Now, what's a lot worse is that it's very likely Chris would kiss a passed out girl and fondle her. That's a lot more worrying because it's a lot more likely to happen.

Edit: Although, that's just likely in the context of Chris dating or socializing, which obviously doesn't happen.

He is as much a rapist as a person without arms is a chainsaw killer. In their dreams, at worst. I doubt he even knows that rape usually involves violence. I bet he thinks its just the guy telling the girl. "No, I want sex, we are having sex, end of discussion" and the girl going "Okey, I'll lie down on the bed" and than the porn music starts. Marvin, I'm sorry, but I really don't rate Chris's chances of meeting a passed out woman as that high. Apart from Barb sleeping on the couch.
Chris doesn't go to orgies, cheap sleazy bars at late night or to drug-fuelled parties. The only way he would meet a passed out girl if some poor woman faints in a video game store, and he is not brave enough to try anything there. Even if he theoretically tried, the shopkeeper would just shoo him out.

Ah, the way you were describing it, when you were talking about the most impossible scenarios. Like someone intentionally leading Chris to a passed out girl and telling Chris she's OK with it. I'd agree that's an impossible scenario.

But while Chris is very unlikely to go to a party, it's still within the realm of possibility. And I thought the discussion was more about discussing Chris' possible moral failings when put into one of the more likely situations.

We both know Chris isn't the most likely candidate to be invited to such parties. Also remember, even if that occured, he would have to get away with it. A girl would have to pass out from drugs or booze, Chris would have to find her and than avoid ALL detection, including the other party goers.

One of these things happening is unlikely, but all three in the row?

Oh, I don't think he'd avoid detection. I don't think Chris could rape someone or sexually assault someone and not get caught.

That's very likely.

Like I said, I didn't think it'd be likely that he'd rape anyone, but it's certainly within the realm of possibility, and I can't trust Chris' sense of morality to keep him from doing it.

Oh, you are totally correct that his morality (or lack of it) would have no problems with rape, theft, murder, etc. I just don't see how it can happen within the realistic realms of possibility, unless someone actually coaches Chris on rape, which... I really hope nobody would do. That would be very messed up.
 
Would Chris rape in a house?
Would Chris rape dressed as a mouse?
Could Chris rape part of the hoard?
Might Chris rape because he's bored?
