How does one "abuse" using a VPN? I think a VPN is something that everyone has the right to use however they want, whenever they want, and how often they want to.
If I ran a free VPN from my home IP, and let anyone use it for any purpose, I shouldn't be surprised if I get my IP blacklisted from email servers for spamming, or web servers for DDOS/vulnerability scans, or Twitter for login flooding. "Abusing" the VPN in this case is doing things against TOS for that VPN or using the VPN and breaking TOS of a website you are accessing to obscure your IP.

It's all about how you use the tool.

Can someone primary MTG already? I can't stand her trying to go all Massie and Paul with grandstanding and now cucking out on deportations because she needs "muh construction workers" or "muh healthcare". For God's sake, if we keep subsidizing Obamacare, who's paying for it? THE TAXPAYERS! It's a lose-lose, at least without funding it, people will see how bad Obamacare massively fucked our healthcare. If she wants Republicans to do something about healthcare, she should make legislation herself.

People are using their lack of AIPAC funding as a shield from any criticism. Yes, AIPAC sucks, but they're using that like they're better than everyone else.

I'm sitting out here in the field taking a break and looking out at the sky and the fields, and I saw a vulture coming looking for a meal. He flew around the field, perched in the trees, and then flew off.
Turkey vultures are wonderful creatures. I see packs of them at work. They’re super friendly, too.

No fucking way. Rich ass Hollywood nigger lives like a section 8 nigger? He doesn't have an underpaid Mexican to replace the batteries?

spam, scams, fraud, botting, etc
Well in this case the crime is the spam, scams, fraud, and botting. Not the use of a VPN. Everyone has the right to use a VPN at their leisure no matter what. Mega companies like Google want to argue what you guys are saying in hopes of banning VPN use. Me and people I know have lost entire gmail accounts for simply using a VPN, it's not right. It's just a scapegoat to prevent people using the internet of blocking these companies scraping their data and selling them to make infinite money at the user's expense. It would be wise to not support such a thing especially to not support using the same exact reasoning Google uses to trick people into this line of thought.

It's like shutting down a gun store because one of his customers shot somebody, it's the person who shot somebody that is guilty, not the gun and not the guy that legally sold them the gun either.

You asked how someone could abuse a VPN, and we answered how someone could abuse a VPN. Nobody claimed using the VPN itself was a crime, and the context was Twitter Indians being outed as Indian unless they use a VPN to obscure that information (implying they are using the service maliciously and need to cover their tracks).

If only they were around earlier this year maybe the goddamned rats wouldn't have got all up in my planter and fucked half the openers. I got through that whole field before I realized I barely planted a fucking thing, now I've gotta sling all that seed.
