It's not like we haven't had countless years, of examples, of Trump being petty personally and professionally. So to provoke Trump in this manner, only to have him park NUCLEAR SUBS in the region, If I was Putin I'd drag Dimitry aside and say, "Listen, I understand you're trying to be an attack dog and I appreciate that, but chill my nigga."

Trump is petty, but he has more than enough sense not to start a nuclear war over it. He is going to park his subs, Russia is going to do a little more saber rattling to get the last word in, then mellow out.

his job is putting on an over the top insanity act in public to make his boss seem more sane and level-headed by comparison
this was also zhirinovskys role until he died a few years ago

He just announced where they will be explicitly. That is far different than normal operating procedure, which is you have no clue where they are. That is a fucking threat and the Russians better shut the fuck up if they don't want the situation to escalate. That is 40 Trident missiles in the area each equipped with multiple 475kt nuclear warheads.

It's an idle threat meant for US public consumption. Nobody is starting WWIII over Ukraine.

Old Penn station was started in 1904 and completed in 1910. It looks nice, but if I had to imagine a lot of corners were cut in regards to the sake of maintainability.

They still make fancy buildings with that level of construction, the Sagrada Família basillica in Spain has been under conststruction for over 150 years at this point.

Think of it like Cars: Japanese build reliable, Germans build well, US builds cheap. Nice enough looking, but cheap none the less and won't last. This applies to a lot of things US makes. Its generally forgotten now because of how absolutely cheap China makes things

Ive never SEEN one of these buildings built with my own eyes, thats my issue. Ive seen the building we make be built

we make ugly cubes ecinomically and wood shit boxes that dont last a lifetime.

That marble and stone bastard should have been around FORVERVER, it dosent add up. I think they had to get rid of it before people could start asking questions about why we dont build more building like that, WE CANT.
