Use of Starlink to Fix KF's Tier 1ISP Problem? - It seems possible but there are details that need to be sorted out

This is a plan I thought of and i'm trying to see if it is viable before presenting it to dear leader as to not waste his time if it doesn't work. In addition, the more the details are nailed down the better the plan will be.

This plan hinges upon the idea that Elon Musk would not kick KF off of Starlink if that is the case this plan won't work. However I think it is unlikely that he would considering his hatred of the trannies due to the fact they stole one of his sons.

Starlink is a Internet company owned by Elon Musk that aims to utilize satellite to create cheap and easily accessible internet access. Starlink has two means of being an ISP. The first method which isn't as promising is what I will call (Satellite receive only). The Satellite receives signals from a Starlink Customer which it then sends to a ground based Data center to be sent to the rest of the internet via a tier 1 isp. Cogent can likely block this type of signal though perhaps Elon Musk would fight this as he doesn't like being told what to do. Though a good plan should not rely on this trait of Elon Musk it may be worth an attempt.
The second method and the one that most interests me is what I will call (Satellite send and receive) where Starlink Satellites receive signals from a customer and and then send that signal to another Starlink Satellite which is then sent to a tier 2 or lower possibly, ISP. They do this via laser links between satellites. This allows Starlink to basically become their own Tier 1 ISP. Furthermore even if some of the Tier 1 or lower ISPs kick KF off then KF could still function if it had multiple servers linked via Starlink in enough geographic locations to cover the loss. Paying for multiple servers and multiple internet connections would likely be expensive so this in particular should be avoided if possible. However, there are questions below I need answers to before I present this plan to dear leader.

Yes I know internet is not only sending signals it is also receiving signals, thus making my explanations technically inaccurate but the distinction that the internet is both upload and download adds complexity that is not needed and my explanation captures the relevant information.

Questions
Are Starlink's laserlinks that allow satellites to send and receive even currently active enough to implement this plan?
Without the laserlink functionality Starlink has to use Tier 1 ISPs via the Seattle Internet Exchange. Starlink has this functionality somewhat implemented from what I can find but I don't know how much is active currently. I also don't know how functional this needs to be. I tried searching but I couldn't find anything that had anything but sparse information.

Is Cogent and other Tier 1 ISPs refusing to do any business at all with any ISPs that do business with KF at all or is it only routes that involve connections to KF?
To clarify in case this question doesn't make sense is cogent just blocking the routing for the KF or are they saying they won't do any sort of business with any other ISP that routes for KF? I tried reading dear leader's posts on the matter to understand this but I couldn't figure it out. I could get an answer from dear leader himself but as I mentioned before his time is valuable etc.

Does anything special need to be done with Starlink in order for this plan to work or does there just need to exist a valid route between KF users and the KF server?
I'm not a networking engineer nor do I have a lot of experience with networking but it seems to me that you just need a valid networking route. Starlink doesn't seem to be trying to become a tier 1 ISP but everything I have read suggest that as long as you have a valid route you can use them as one.

Even if I don't get the answers to my questions I will likely bring this plan to dear leader as best I can. Feel free to tell me why this plan sucks won't work and why I should kill myself. I want to present the best possible plan to dear leader I can.

I would appreciate if responses to this post were about answering my questions, suggestions for this plan, criticism of this plan or possible ways to find the answers to my questions. I don't want "this is an interesting idea" posts please.

Null should make his own Starlink and call it Startwink
This is a troll post. However I thought about could KF become its own Tier 1 ISP with Weather Balloons and Lasers. But it isn't really feasible.

I have what seems to be an answer for the first question. Laserlink seems to be established for most locations. I base this off of the latency Starlink Users have been reporting. It is low enough to suggest LaserLink is in use for most Starlink Customers.

There is a fatal hurdle

This is way too slow for a website that needs to do DDOS mitigation. Granted you only need this bandwidth for Tier 1 ISP routes but still this is too low. Maybe this plan would work in the future if Starlink increases upload speed but for now it won't work.

Starlink uses the same upstream providers as any other ISP.
Not to mention that starlink is nowhere near fast enough to provide enough bandwidth for the site. Even if you do some sort of esoteric setup involving several plans and satellites in a load balancing setup, you are still not even hitting a gigabit link on one satellite. Plus starlink is on CGNAT.
