Users who've learned Spanish in the past two years, how did you do it? - Apps/programs, books, YouTube channels, shows/movies, whatever you think is worth looking into

Since I work at major hospital in the southwestern US, I frequently have patients that don't speak any English despite being in the USA often for decades. It's absolutely fucking retarded to cater to the spics the way this country does as nowhere else in the world does anything this, but the reality is we do. Thus, I want to learn Spanish since the in-person translators are a scarce commodity and the phone/tablet ones are fucking lazy and retarded.

If Spanish was not your first language and you've recently become conversational or even fluent in it, can you post a reply about the processes you used to get there? Thank you.

They say that language acquisition is most effective during the first few years of life so I started wearing a diaper and hired a Latina from an ABDL mommy service and instructed her to only speak in Spanish. Now after two years I can speak fluent Spanish but I also have a diaper addiction. You take some you lose some.
