This was on general hospital on gh let’s say your a woman and then you have a baby in the woods but the father is a criminal so you don’t want him to have the baby and the father hired a nanny to try and kill you but the nanny falls into a well or hole in the ground and then you give the baby to your friend and say here say this baby is your baby and the friend just so happened to be pretending to be pregnant anyway for unrelated reasons by coincidence and then she takes the baby, is this kidnapping?? Is the mother arrested for kidnapping? Or the friend?? Oh and btw the father was arrested and someone poisoned him while he was in jail almost died this was on general hospital but sometimes situations like this could happen I suppose but it makes the idea of child custody and kidnapping on a legal level raises questions about how the law would interpret in the USA .
Was the husband ever shot on stage during a live production where the gun was loaded with real ammo but he thought it was not real ammo like in rehersals and it turned out that his first love who everyone thought was dead was the one that switched the bullets because she wanted her life insurance money back even though she didn't know that the life insurance money was already gone because he invested it into the new district attorney's brother in law's casino venture that was actually a money laundering scam to obfuscate his involvement with a drug cartel that was also trying to kill the husband because he found out about the money laundering and was going to tell the new DA and so they also switched the bullets with the ones in the prop box but didn't realize that they put the blanks back into the gun? I think the father would still get custody and kidnapping would be on the table becauae she would be accused of the murder that she thought she committed, making her the obvious planner of the kidnaplong plot even though someone else shot the husband.
