No, this was a set-up by James O'Keefe.
No one actually had a panic attack because of the Constitution in this video. A "journalist" from Project Veritas (who is making this video and has made others) pretended to be a triggered sjw to see what these different colleges would do. As you can see by watching the video, this exact same scenario is being played out at Vassar and twice at Oberlin. Who knows how many other people were interviewed but didn't give the reaction Project Veritas was looking for.
I'm not sure what else this proves besides college administration walks on eggshells, humors, and tries to placate these types of idiots. As you can see by the reactions of some of these women, there is some definite 'WTF' happening as well as reaching for how to make this idiot kid in front of them who's throwing around buzzwords like "triggering", "oppression", and "discriminating" not feel like the moron they are. They want to get that kid out of their office with the least amount of drama possible, so of course they baby talk her, validate her insecurities, and do what's going to make her shut up and go back to class - all they're actually doing is shredding paper that this person is overreacting about, not an actual copy of the Constitution like the title wants you to believe. The only one going out of their way to empathize is (surprise) the History Professor/Director of Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies at Oberlin (not Vassar). The Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity from Vassar and the Professor/Chair of Comparative American Studies are clearly bullshitting their ways through this interaction.
This isn't news. It's a

telling us stuff we already know: Colleges will bend over backwards for a Triggered Tumblrina.
