Based on their twitter feed, this Palmer Report person is completely deranged and completely retarded.

The stipulation in the clause is very specific in it's language; "The equity investor shall be permitted to issue tweets about the merger or the transactions contemplated hereby so long as such tweets do not disparage the company or any of its representatives," (source: Bloomberg). Elon tweeted, "Suspending the Twitter account of a major news organization for publishing a truthful story was obviously incredibly inappropriate," which is being characterized as a dig at Vijaya Gadde, one of twitter's head lawyers (of Joe Rogan/Tim Pool fame). Since this tweet is clearly NOT about the acquisition of the company (and the connection to Gadde is tenuous at best), it isn't in violation of the clause. If you can't understand this distinction, you really shouldn't be commenting on these matters.

No shocker Ian is a fucking dumbass who is too lazy to research the actual tweets and shares in the batshit derangement of the Palmer Report.

I only watched few of the Vaush's clips in the video, and God was it painful. I can understand not liking isekai anime and I can understand him not finishing Season 1 of the anime (he implied that he only finished most of the season, the White Whale part is around midway of the 2nd half of Season 1), his takes are just so laughably dumb (such as "Rem falling in love with Subaru for no reason" which anyone who watches the anime on a surface level would knew this is completely false) that I don't even think he even watches the show at all.

Based on that alone I even wonder why would anyone even listen to Vaush's dumb takes from the beginning.

I like King Critical a lot (his pink shirt was great lmao) and I agree he did very well here but I lowkey wish he starts being more assertive and sharp, he's very quiet in debates and while it's obviously a sign of a respectful and intellectually honest person he more or less allows whatever point he's trying to make to be diluted and distracted from by pure performativeness and loud platitudes on the part of whoever he's debating.

Maybe I'm wrong though and that approach actually works which is why Vaush did seem butthurt, but idk, I'm not sure he's making himself memorable to any fence sitter or TRA with potential to peak

In just a small portion of listening and how King was explaining things versus Vaush I wish he was more assertive too. There was plenty to call him out on. When explaining how queer theory informed someone's experience, how Vaush explained it boiled down to, basically "Being told you're trans"... It also goes to assume understanding and intent on both parties in an interaction. Which leaves us with two possibilities of what's going on then. Either Vaush is explaining it poorly, in which case he doesn't understand anything as well as he claims he does. Otherwise, King Critical was right and it doesn't actually add anything because it's entirely reductive to that interaction and imposes the thoughts of others into the mix which still means he doesn't understand what he is claiming he does. Either way Vaush is completely wrong.
