So the majority of California colleges and universities, especially the community colleges require one to show proof of vaccination to attend classes in person. Is there anyone in the Los Angeles area willing to help me get a vaxx ID without having to get jabbed?

Depending on how/what they check, just make your own or find a loophole with some religious or ethical exemption. Most colleges should have that exemption.
