HOLY SHIT, no joke, that has to be one of the worst diets I have ever seen. Chocolate soy "milk" and vegan protein powder, cookies/candy, white rice and some processed fake meats. What kind of fucked up macros are in that day of eating, where are the micronutrients? This right here is not only why VG is always injured, but also never going to recover. Being vegan is hard enough, but when you eat this terrible, your body will literally fall apart as you age.
